Digital Marketing Coordinator

The position will be based in our corporate office in Lantana, FL.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in digital marketing activities and initiatives. These projects involve working with a team, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the VP of marketing. The candidate must be a very organized and detail-oriented person who knows how to manage time and juggle multiple tasks at once. The digital marketing coordinator is responsible for email marketing (with the help of the manager), maintenance of both B2C and B2B websites (SEM, SEO, Subscriptions, etc), and preparing monthly marketing reports to show results and progress. The marketing teams’ goal is to raise awareness and drive qualified traffic to the company as a leader in the professional skincare industry. These responsibilities assisting in various administrative and creative tasks, including but not limited to gathering and creating specialized content for emails, websites, and other digital assets. The qualified candidate will establish a strong working relationship with managers and the IT team.

 

Job Duties:

  • Update the content of multiple websites, emails, and ads
  • Maintain the Blog Calendar and make sure blog posts are implemented on time
  • Help execute the overall e-commerce strategy with the team to meet sales & business goals
  • Maintains contacts database; develop and deliver email campaigns
  • Update and maintain various information about available assets in the Brand Box
  • Prepare monthly digital marketing results reports of multiple websites for presentation
  • Collaborate with Social Media coordinator to manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Assist to create marketing campaigns and manage the progress and web traffic through Google analytics
  • Worked closely with the senior digital marketing manager to discover sales and marketing opportunities
  • Track and compile competitive digital strategy insights and share with appropriate team members
  • Assist on any other projects, as needed by the company

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage multiple timelines
  • Flexibility to work in a small team that moves fast and is constantly seeking new ideas to test and pursue
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of WordPress (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Google ads & Google analytics (a plus)

Regional Manager – Chicago

Job Description:

The Regional Manager (RM) motivates and inspires their team to achieve goals. They work closely with the Business Development Managers analyzing business trends, identifying missed opportunities, and developing plans to maximize performance. The Regional Manager will help formulate short and long term strategies and objectives, creating strong plans and milestones for execution.

KEY Responsibilities:

  • Sets the standard and models exceptional customer service and sales acumen
  • Forecasts and watches business trends closely, promotional and launch successes, developing strong action plans to improve performance
  • Monitors and maintains ROI buyback report
  • The ability to coach Business Development Managers with sales challenges. The RM should be experienced in questioning skills, presentation skills and handling objections
  • Works closely with Business Development Managers, providing clear goals and monitoring performance
  • Holds weekly calls with each Business Development Manager, discussing progress and sales strategy
  • Utilize resources including Salesforce to develop and implement effective prospecting results
  • Coaches team in the moment, providing consistent and constructive feedback. Visits each team member in the field at least 3x/year
  • Assists in the creation, implementation, and delivery of Sales training and professional development programs
  • Ensures strong execution of sales and marketing calendar with the TM’s
  • Regularly communicates with VP of US Sales to discuss strengths, opportunities, and trends in business
  • Strategize with Sales Coordinator on where to optimize time and effort in the field. Facilitate bi-weekly calls with Sales Coordinator to review salesforce reports per region. Review analytics and trends per Business Development Manager

 

Human Resource responsibilities

  • Models the company’s values and Brand Pillars and company culture
  • Establishes clear expectations and assesses Business Development Manager’s performance through consistent observation, feedback, accountability, and coaching
  • ecruits and hires top talent. Develops strategy to retain high performing leaders. Makes a personal investment in the development of others
  • Builds loyalty among the team through motivating and compelling communication

 

Operational responsibilities

  • Reviews P+L and identifies opportunities to reduce expenses and ensure goals are met
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to streamline and update policies and procedures
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures

 

Professional Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Regional Manager or Director with proven results
  • 5+ years direct sales experience in skin or beauty field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the professional skin care field previous management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce and able to both demonstrate and coach on the tool
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
  • Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
  • Able to build constructive and effective relationships
  • Beauty Industry experience required
  • Current Esthetic license preferred
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

This position reports directly to the Director of Education. The Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for designing effective sales training to be conducted in corporate classroom setting or via virtual webinar classes.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Designing quality sales training programs within budget limitations
  • Evaluating strengths and opportunities to identify training needs
  • Preparing new Business Development Managers by conducting orientation; developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation ride alongs
  • Determines training needs by traveling with Business Development Managers; observing sales encounters, studying sales reports
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions
  • Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Oversee training material and suggest improvements
  • Scheduling individual and team training plans on regular basis

Qualifications

  • Clinical skincare experience preferred

  • Outside sales experience a plus
  • Experience in training, education, or possess related presentation skills
  • Experience conducting webinars
  • Knowledge and experience using different CRM systems, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Prominent organization skills

Customer Care Representative

 

Reports to: Director of customer relations

Job Purpose

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling all incoming calls and inquiries from customers. This includes placing orders, upselling, tracking orders, and product usage and product knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times with customers, co-workers and management
  • Consistently provide each customer with a personal and unparalleled level of service with every call
  • Handle all customer inquiries professionally and within company guidelines
  • Ensure all accounts are documented accurately and accordingly with follow up completed as necessary
  • Complete all work according to deadlines assigned by management
  • Communicate to accounts over the phone any applicable specials or promotions
  • Provide educational support to accounts over the phone and ensure all accounts have their local representative’s contact information

Qualifications

  • Licensed esthetician is required
  • Prior sales experience is a PLUS!
  • Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!
  • Prior call center experience is a PLUS!
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Image Skincare products is a PLUS but not required
  • MUST possess a friendly, courteous and positive attitude

Working conditions

This is a full time exempt status position. Monday through Friday with one hour given for lunch. This schedule may change according to business operation.
