Shopify Administrator

Position Overview:

The Shopify Administrator-Developer leads the design and implementation of ecommerce Shopify Plus solutions for IMAGE Skincare web and mobile sites. This technical position will be responsible for ensuring IMAGE Skincare's e-commerce sites support business objectives, run seamlessly, process data accurately, perform well, and are maintained and secured to current technology standards. The Shopify Administrator-Developer will be a member of IMAGE Skincare's Information Technology team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for all Shopify Plus related projects, maintenance, and support.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, IT, and technical service providers to define scope and requirements, design system changes, estimate level of effort, develop and implement projects according to scope, budget and timeline.
  • Maintain awareness of current technology standards, releases, and emerging trends in Ecommerce and in Shopify Plus administration and development.
  • Design solutions to business problems using native functionality of Shopify Plus or commercially available Shopify Apps. Leverage Shopify Plus features, Apps, and custom development to automate business processes in support of customer self-service and ecommerce innovation.
  • Maintain system and operational documentation for Shopify Plus.
  • Evaluate, configure, implement and document new business features to support internal stakeholder business requirements.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios for new feature implementation.
  • Improve Shopify Plus data integrity, automation and accuracy in automating business processes, working to harmonize the data with other systems.
  • Upgrade, maintain, support, and refresh the Shopify Plus environments using standard IT environment management best practices.
  • Monitor and investigate ecommerce analytics for changes in performance and usability, such as page load times, bounce rate, conversion, etc.
  • Work with the Marketing team to increase revenue and conversion rate, prioritizing changes to drive highest revenue and improve critical ecommerce KPIs.
  • Work with UX designers to ensure website functionality adheres to design specifications and maximizes ease of use across all browsers and device types.
  • Evaluate, test and implement Shopify Plus and related software maintenance releases and security patches according to vendors' system maintenance guidelines.
  • Evaluate compatibility of new releases with existing integrated systems and extensions.
  • Security Administration: Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Shopify Plus.
  • Perform unit, system, user acceptance and performance testing on all production releases.
  • Promote changes from non-production environments to production, following documented change management policy and standards.
  • Research and resolve Shopify Plus issues with data processing, performance, and accessibility.
  • Participate in Shopify Plus roadmap development to include upgrades, extensions, and native Shopify Plus feature implementations.
  • Maintain awareness of current security best practices and proactively implement security standards to comply with evolving regulations and best practices.
  • Perform data modeling, data mapping, data transformation and data standardization to ensure integrity of data fields, processing accuracy and compliance with Shopify Plus best practices.
  • Customize meta fields and page layouts according to defined user and system requirements.
  • Monitor Shopify system events and escalate support issues that affect IMAGE operations.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues with Shopify Plus and provide after hours on-call and implementation support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 Plus years of Shopify Plus administration and web development and deployment in a large, complex systems environment.
  • Experience administering and developing large-scale Shopify Plus solutions with over 20,000 online customers.
  • Platforms: Shopify Plus. Integration with enterprise-level add-ons, integration systems, Salesforce, SAP B1 a plus.
  • Hands-on experience developing and customizing Shopify Plus themes and templates.
  • Expert knowledge of Shopify themes, APIs, data structures, Liquid and UX customization.
  • Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, Liquid, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, Apache and other related languages, with an emphasis on responsive web application development.
  • Experience creating landing pages, Shopify API integrations, theme customizations, responsive themes, extensions and web services.
  • Experience developing Shopify Plus cart scripts to deliver monthly promotional marketing calendar.

SR Manager – IT Infrastructure

Position Overview:

The Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure will design and implement changes to IMAGE Skincare's Infrastructure systems in support of key business objectives and mission critical functional areas such as supply chain, fulfillment, sales, ecommerce, customer service, and accounting/finance. The position designs, develops, maintains and supports changes to the Image Skincare infrastructure platforms, including data center, network, servers, end user computing, service desk, collaboration platforms, and information security systems. This technical management position will be responsible for ensuring the systems support business objectives, run seamlessly, process data accurately, have adequate capacity, perform well, and are maintained and secured to current technology standards. The Sr. Manager IT Infrastructure will be a member of Image Skincare's Information Technology team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will manage IT infrastructure and security service providers and ensure objectives are met regarding service levels, standards, financials and information security.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all infrastructure and information security projects, operations, and support. Scope includes End User Services (endpoints, collaboration, help desk, phones, productivity suite), Data Center, Network (voice and data), Servers, Business Continuity and Information Security.
  • Actively manage the Managed Service Providers responsible for the underlying technologies, operations, and projects. Ensure adherence to standards, report on KPIs and project progress.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, IT, and technical service providers to define scope and requirements, design system changes, estimate level of effort, develop and implement projects according to scope, budget and timeline.
  • Maintain awareness of current technology standards, releases, and emerging trends in Networking, End User Computing, Server Administration, Collaboration and Information Security.
  • Evaluate requirements and design appropriate infrastructure solutions to business problems.
  • Promote changes from non-production environments to production, following documented change management policy and standards.
  • Provide end user support to over 200 internal users in key departments.
  • Publish monthly KPI reports on service desk tickets, SOC incidents, change requests, security training, etc.
  • Maintain system and operational documentation for all infrastructure components. Assist user departments with input to their Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Develop and publish end user documentation and how-to instructions and FAQs.
  • Evaluate, configure, implement and document new business features to support internal stakeholder business requirements. Assist end users in adopting changes.
  • Upgrade, patch, maintain, support, backup, archive and refresh infrastructure, endpoint and security components. Verify and report on routine system maintenance procedures to ensure business continuity and security.
  • Perform capacity planning for infrastructure, factoring in growth projections based on anticipated future business demand.
  • Monitor system performance and provide performance metric reporting to ensure processing is within targeted performance levels.
  • Evaluate, test and implement infrastructure software maintenance releases and security patches according to vendors' system maintenance guidelines.
  • Evaluate compatibility of new releases with existing integrated systems and extensions.
  • Research and resolve infrastructure issues with data processing, performance, and accessibility.
  • Participate in infrastructure roadmap development to include cloud hosting and management tools.
  • Maintain awareness of current security best practices and proactively implement security standards to comply with evolving regulations and best practices.
  • Work remotely as required, maintaining a positive, collaborative and professional approach, working with team members and independently.
  • Attend physical meetings at Image Skincare offices periodically. Candidates should expect to be on-site at least once per month if working primarily remotely.
  • After hours and on-call work may be required for upgrades, deployments, and support activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT infrastructure and security management experience.
  • ITIL and CISSP certifications are a plus. Microsoft and Network certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with auditing and security / privacy regulations such as PCI-DSS, CCPA, GDPR, SOX, etc. Experience with information security frameworks, such as NIST.
  • Strong management and leadership skills in driving results.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the cross-functional impact of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, sales, customer service, finance, and ecommerce.
  • IT project management experience a plus – assess, analyze, design, plan, execute, test, deploy and support new system capabilities.
  • Prior experience administering, configuring, and upgrading Windows-based endpoints and servers in a Microsoft-based platform landscape, including Active Directory, Sharepoint, Office 365 and Teams components.

Image Skincare is an international skincare brand located in Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking a highly talented, motivated and dynamic Graphic Design Specialist to join our growing creative team. This position reports directly to the Creative Lead and will primarily assist in the development and design of Website and social media digital assets, but may also be called upon to assist with additional collateral materials including print advertisements, press kits, sales support materials, trade show displays, email marketing graphics, international marketing support materials, and point of sale displays.

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Position is based at our corporate office in Lantana, Florida.

Reports to: Director of customer relations
Job Purpose
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling all incoming calls and inquiries from customers. This includes placing orders, upselling, tracking orders, and product usage and product knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times with customers, co-workers and management
  • Consistently provide each customer with a personal and unparalleled level of service with every call
  • Handle all customer inquiries professionally and within company guidelines
  • Ensure all accounts are documented accurately and accordingly with follow up completed as necessary
  • Complete all work according to deadlines assigned by management
  • Communicate to accounts over the phone any applicable specials or promotions
  • Provide educational support to accounts over the phone and ensure all accounts have their local representative’s contact information

 

Qualifications

  • Licensed esthetician is required
  • Prior sales experience is a PLUS!
  • Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!
  • Prior call center experience is a PLUS!
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Image Skincare products is a PLUS but not required
  • MUST possess a friendly, courteous and positive attitude


Working conditions
This is a full time exempt status position. Monday through Friday with one hour given for lunch. This schedule may change according to business operation.
